Pulled into drive thru, ordered 2 whopper meals that were listed as "special deal" on the menu board. NOT A COUPON, NOT ON APP BUT ON THEIR MENU BOARD THAT THEY UPDATE! Price came up as the regular price and we didn't think it would be a big deal to pull around and just remind them that the price didn't adjust to the sale price. They said we should have told them about the sale price before ordering! WHAT?! This should be programmed into their registers when they set up the deal. I shouldn't have to tell you about a deal you guys put on your menu board. Never had this problem in the past with BK so I have no idea if there was a management change or what but some major training needs to happen. On top of not knowing their own specials, I was told that if I didn't mention it next time they wouldn't give me the special price. And multiple workers would repeat this every time they needed to interact with us... like while we were waiting for our food and then handing us our food. Each time I just got angrier because I shouldn't have to tell you what your deals are! If I ask for extra ice, do you just heap the ice out of the cup and leave the lid off? Read moreNow, I didn't go into this establishment expecting fine dinery, but at least with the expectation that it would be edible. I ordered a big mac, and they told me I had the wrong idea and to "look at the damn menu." I was feeling a little upset at the time, so I just told them I wanted a cheeseburger. They rung up my order and started making it, at least I thought they did. I watched SEVEN different people walk up, order, and get their food before I decided to go ask what was up. Thy must have known that I was coming up though, because then one of the workers came and handed me my burger. After all these struggles, I finally was able to sit down and eat my burger. I ate the burger and not an hour later got horribly sick. I would not recommend Burger King for it's food, though it certainly handles the "generic fast food restaurant" atmosphere well, especially with the kids running around and slipping on the pickle they threw on the ground after telling their parents it looked like...
