If I could leave 0 stars I would. We just attempted to upgrade our phones as existing customers. Sean was extremely unprofessional to myself and my family. He did not greet us upon entry - no one in the store did actually. But Sean needs to be fired for his encounter with us! He did not want to help us from the minute we came into the store. He stated there were no notes in my account even though I spent 35 minutes on the phone with retention today, he seemed annoyed that we came in- there were no customers in the store at 5pm. Sorry to make you do your job. His tone and demeanor with us seemed irritated and annoyed. I called 611 immediately after we left and the rep assured me there were notes clear as day with the time I called and who I spoke to, and she was unsure why Sean would say that to us. Save time and go to the Paradise location which is a corporate location- they are competent at their jobs over there. UPDATE FROM RESPONSE: Sean literally told my husband that “he didn’t care” and was telling me “he didn’t know what to tell me”. A shy personality is not what was displayed. She was told everything was correctly transferred over, it definitely wasn't. She had to search the app store to try and find everything she was missing. She's having trouble getting into her freakin' email. Come on now I work customer service jobs and I know this isn't how things are supposed to go. This is very lame and highly unprofessional. A customer service representative was waiting on Door Dash was apparently in a hurry he didn't take the time my Grandma needed to help understand her phone. She needed someone to help her understand her new phone. She has now a slower phone that she had before. And we are highly not satisfied with this service. She also was not given her contract she signed or a receipt. This is highly unacceptable and highly unprofessional, she also was not even given enough time to read it over. Read moreI wasn't going to write a review because it was going to be negative. First I had an appointment, arrived early and no one else in the store. Doug told me since no one else was waiting he would take me early, indicating to me that someone without an appointment had more priority than I did who took the time to make an appointment. I needed an updated phone due to issues with roaming issues, he was arrogant, unpleasant when I was complaining about my service while traveling. Finally he told me about a reduction offer in my monthly cost because I have auto- pay. My appointment was in March. I found out 3 months later he never put the discount so I'm out $90. This is what prompted my review. If I return to the West Bend office I will definitely request that I do not have Doug. If I could give him a zero...
