If I could give negative stars I would the employees need to be seriously retrained We have had several instances both in store and when ordering online where we ordered ice cream what was safe for us to eat because of our food allergies and received ice cream that was not safe. Most recently they were out of a kind we usually get and when asked what other flavors they had that where sugar free they gave us dairy free. I get not being the perfect employee everyone make mistakes but when it comes to food allergies and your mixing up dairy free and sugar free or gluten vs not gluten or peanut free I worry what will happen.We donāt feel safe ordering ice cream...
