Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting Complexions Spa, and I cannot say enough about the incredible experience I had, especially with Niki. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was nothing short of relaxing and inviting. She made it a perfect place to unwind.

Niki truly made my visit exceptional. She is an absolute professional, with a warm and welcoming demeanor that instantly put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, ensuring that every treatment was tailored specifically to me. Whether it was her expert touch during the facial or her knowledge about skincare, I felt completely cared for from start to finish.

Nothing I say about this place can be enough to describe how amazing it is. I moved from New York and was eager to find a place where I can get my facials done and I’m so happy I’m stumbled upon Complexion on Instagram because this is my place now. Everything about this place is amazing from the booking process to the facials to any questions you may have someone is always there to help. I go to Vivian and I absolutely love her and her work. She’s professional, kind and funny and always tells you what your face needs. She doesn’t sell you things that you don’t need. Chantal the owner is also amazing I came today and she helped check me out in the front counter and I needed some help with my purchase and she went out and beyond to help me. The front desk staff is also amazing as well and you can easily book appointments through Instagram or making a phone call and the best part is if you message them they respond right away and take care of your needs a I can’t say this enough this place is AMAZING and you won’t regret coming here. I went in for my laser appointment back in September however I wanted to wait a couple weeks after to give my review because I wanted to give an honest review. During my appointment the staff there was very welcoming, I was a little worried about getting laser done but Jacklin was able to ease me off so quickly. She was super friendly, nothing felt awkward, she was guiding me through all the steps, put up with my 1000 questions, answered my questions with honesty told me where I would need laser and where not her intentions were not to make money but really to satisfy her customer. She worked with me to make this process feel effortless and painless as much as possible. By the end of the appointment Jacklin felt like family and I was so glad I chose to come to her to get my laser done. One question I asked her is when do I expect to see results? She said 2 weeks. Indeed after two weeks I can already see little to no hair left, where in areas there was a lot of hair now there is only patches.
