Terrible and rude staff (most tolerant way that I can describe them) giving inadequate attitude to their customers. Deli items are not fresh and no returns of those are accepted. Though I only asked to replace the bad item with a new one. Firstly they agreed, then asked to pay. 3 impatient cashiers yelled (I mean it.) at me for 5 min that they do not produce items, but for some reason they surely sell bad and gone items, or items with no expiration date on the package (like pelmeni). Сashier did not see the difference between a fresh deli item and a bad one. Finally they replaced the bad item after 5 min of aggressive arguing.
Hadn't a chance to take pictures unfortunately
Staff never greets customers and clearly are not satisfied with their job.
Absolutely not recommended

Read moreThe last time I went to this store is the final time I will ever go there. At the time of my last visit I barely went to the store anymore because of past negative experiences, their cold cut meat is not always fresh, and the girls at the deli counter don’t wear protective clothes (their hair it’s not covered, they’re not wearing aprons etc.). Despite this I still went to the store because I was craving Kyivskiy cake and knew this was the only place in the area that sold it. The first thing I see when I enter the store is that the girls inside the meat counter are eating their snack/lunch and talking, exposing their saliva to the entire small square area behind the deli counter. Furthermore, no one was practicing social distancing. Finally, there are 2 kinds of Kyivskiy cake: one with hazelnuts and one with peanuts. I personally only like the hazelnut one. The packaging of the cake I purchased stated that it was hazelnut in English however when I opened the package the original ukrainian label said peanuts. What if someone in my family had a peanut allergy? That is extremely...
Read moreStay away as far as you can, if you do not speak that dialect called ukrainian mova. This is used to be a very friendly store. but lately, oh well. For whatever reason the individuals who work there. they are assuming if you address them in Russian, then you a Russian, or moskal. Their little brain cannot process the fact that people can speak six other languages and the dialect they are using for language is not one of them. During my very last visit the lady at the register was throwing items I was purchasing into the plastic bag because they had a Russian writing on them, the hatred was written all over her angry face. A friendly advice to Mr. Krasnov would be to educate your employee, otherwise a trouble is waiting to happen. In this country law is actually works and trust me you don't want to be called to the Oakland County Court for behavioral conduct of...
