I absolutely LOVE these guys! Security is tight, staff is friendly and they offer a large selection of cannabis products in a wide variety of strains and delivery methods. The products are high quality, packaged well and have easily understandable labels. This is especially helpful for me, as I’m a first time user of MMJ. I want to know what’s in the product and what I’m putting into my body. It couldn’t be any easier. They’ve done a fantastic job of taking out the guesswork for new users but also keep it friendly and professional for repeat customers.

You can talk to a PharmD with a scheduled consult anytime, whether you’re headed to the store or not. Just pop online to your account and schedule one. They will do phone/virtual appts if you prefer. Even if you’re making an unscheduled stop into the dispensary and have questions, they will do everything they can to fit you in between scheduled appts. The pharmD’s are very friendly, super helpful and always willing to spend extra time answering any/all questions.

I stopped in unscheduled yesterday and only had to wait 15 mins for a consult. While I was waiting, I chatted with the front desk lady who was very nice. She offered to let my mom come inside and check things out (not a state registered user), instead of waiting in the car like usual. Now she’s ready to become a client too thanks to that visit!

If all this doesn’t convince you to give WholesomeCo a try, maybe delivery will! Yes, they offer delivery too. These guys are located in Bountiful. I live in Sandy. That’s like a 30 minute drive each way and they still deliver to me without issue. The boxes they use are very rugged and high quality, which I like a lot! I keep the boxes to use for other things. Even the delivery drivers are friendly and professional! I’ve placed more than 10 delivery orders in the last 1.5 years, and every time the drivers show up at the very beginning of my delivery window (chosen during the checkout process online). I wasn’t feeling well once and totally forgot I had placed an order. I laid down for a nap and somehow managed to sleep through all the text message alerts for driver arrival AND the door bell. Rather than leaving, the driver had the store call me (which did wake me up) and I was still able to get my order a couple mins later. I just love their staff and how they take care of their customers. It’s a fantastic business, I wish I could work there! 🤨😬 In fact, I think they should rename the business to AwesomeCo because they are!

Visiting the pharmacy in person or getting it delivered, either way- I think you’re going to get a great experience here! Everybody is so incredibly friendly and nice. I am always greeted with lovely individuals. Can’t recommend them enough. Anytime I’ve visited in person, I have never felt rushed (there’s just SO much product, it can be a little daunting when you’re not looking at it online…). The employees are always ready to help with any questions you have. They’re always at the ready with any recommendations! Simply give them some context on what you would like, or some symptoms of what you would like treated, and they have a good idea of what direction to point you in! They’re also incredibly accommodating. One time, I wasn’t home for my scheduled delivery (I know I know!), they called me and I told them I was around the corner, 5 min away. They said the driver had another delivery in the neighborhood and would be able to loop back to me afterwords. So incredibly understanding and nice of them to do so. After being a customer for a little over a year, that right there sealed the deal of a 5 stars for me. If I had to give some constructive criticism, I have two (small) things… Consistency throughout the website and the strain information given. The “Product Details” and “About this strain” are sometimes flat out missing, and don’t seem to be even throughout the website. Consistency in stock. I will find a lovely strain that will help both, my anxiety and depression quiet well, however the next time I go to order, the strain is no longer there. I realize the difficultly in the industry (not to mention the challenges that Utah laws/regulations put them through) yet, I think it’s something that should be improved upon in coming years. Great place. Employees are truly helpful with recommendations and budgeting because sometimes deciding is hard! Always have some sort of "specials" going on, plus if you get their emails discount codes. Often, you have a "goal" or ideal for your medical cannabis treatment. Whatever it is, they'll help you get there. I've never used their QCP services, but they sound easy and affordable. I drive 22 + miles, and the variety has always been worth it. There are days when I just can't go out they deliver. I've had delivery a handful of times they're fast great communication and don't charge a fortune ( it's typically free with minimum purchase of like $50) its much safer and more discreet than I'd expected The website is great gives you tons of info and allows you a variety of search options By effect is my favorite by far. You can also save your favorites. I often keep things in favorite as like a wish list. I only wish the cart had a save for later (fingers crossed eventually). Their online chat is also great, super responsive, and they also send your answers to your email in case you get busy or distracted. There are lots of "FARMACIES" or whatever we're calling them at the moment, but honestly, they've only given me reasons to return, so very UNLIKE me I haven't really shopped around.
