THIS IS NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE! It's not a corporate Verizon store, it's an authorized retailer called GoWireless. What does that mean? The employees aren't as well trained, they can't do everything a corporate Verizon store can do, and they charge you for things that are offered free at corporate Verizon stores. But you won't see GoWireless anywhere on the outside of the building, they want you to think it's a legit Verizon store.
My mom went in the store that she thought was Verizon Corporate store, to find out why her phone kept bringing up X-rated things she never searched for and didnât want to see, the manager Nathan G. told her she needed to get a new phone which was not true, it in fact did do the very same thing on the brand new phone ! She was charged multiple charges. Including a Liquid glass protection for $49.95 with a only a 2 year coverage. The information he transferred over was another $30 which is free at the Verizon corporate store. Samsung Pasito black case for 31.55 A premium glass cleaner kit for $15 and disinfecting phone wipes $9.95 (which there was a coupon) for. Also a scorche Magic pro Mount which she did not ask for, $24.95 added and doesnât even use.
Nathan didnât explain that he was taking her off of the Verizon phone she had, and putting her on a go advantage smart phone for $79.99 ? charged which didnât even apply to the cost of the phone she will still be paying on monthly for 2 years ??? So the total amount he charged $182.71 on her card was charged didnât cover the price of the phone. No explanation of charges and no printed receipt. We went back to the store in West Bountiful after another big charge came on her card the next statement.
We spoke to Coulson because Nathan was off on vacation he printed the bill details and said that because it had been over the return date He couldnât do anything about any of the charges. We are very dissatisfied with the employees and how they misrepresented the location as if they were a corporate...

My kids even woke a friend to come over and see if I was still alive and kicking! Argh!!! Settings and everything seemed okay, but it just wasn't working..... So off I go to Verizon. I went to the Bountiful store, the Farmington store (sent me back to Bountiful after telling me SIM card needed replacing) was sent to IBreakYouFix. That was interesting.... They did not have the part I needed, let me use their phone to call Verizon Service - that whole thing was not helpful, so I headed back to the Btfl store to get things fixed - whatever it took. I was pretty mad when I came into the store. Brayden was in the middle of a sale, but took time to greet me and find out what was going on - he did a pretty darn good job of moving between customers without making any of us loose patience with him. That was pretty amazing given I had come in mad to start with. He finished with two customers before he could focus on me, but I was pretty calm by then. He worked through my problems, fixed the SIM card issue - which both IBreak and Verizon service had not been able to do - talked me through updating my phone and offers available. He was positive and knew what he was talking about - did not have to ask for information from people outside the store. He is charismatic and keeps his head when the pressure and a mad old woman would make most people nuts. I'm glad he was there today. Give him a raise. BTW: I am a 15 year customer and have no reason to change my provider. I signed up when my son was in the Army (2 tours to Iraq) and Verizon offered free long distance. I also have internet and an Iwatch through Verizon. Generally happy with them and their employee service - especially Brayden's. CT

I wanted to switch an AT&T phone and add it as a new line to my existing Verizon account. I knew that I needed a Verizon SIM card so I went into the store and explained what I was trying to do. A corporate Verizon store will give you a SIM card for free, but GoWireless will charge you $11 for one. After selling me the SIM card I was told by "Alen D" that I could do everything online. Either he didn't want to help me actually switch the phone to Verizon or he couldn't. Regardless, once he sold me the SIM card he was done with me.
I went home and spent hours on the Verizon website and talking to customer support trying to move the AT&T phone to my account. In the end I went to a corporate Verizon store (NOT this store), and they popped a new (free) SIM card into the phone and got everything working.
A few days later I returned to this GoWireless location to return the $11 SIM card, still in the original packaging, that I didn't use. I was politely informed that SIM cards are non-refundable. Yup they sold me something that should've been free and then wouldn't refund me when I didn't use it.
Don't waste your time going to a fake Verizon store. Just drive a little further and go to a corporate store that can...
