I purchased their largest Miami Dolphins sign for my husband's Christmas gift. I wanted to give it to him early and when we opened it, I was heartbroken.The sign received damage in transit from the shipping carrier. I called HexHeadArt and spoke to Jamie. He was on top of it. Told me what he needed picture wise and said he couldn't promise a new sign before Christmas. That didn't matter to me, because they were replacing the damaged sign with a new one. So I ordered two pieces of Collegiate artwork from this company. First off, the artwork itself is incredible. I absolutely love the way it looks on the wall. The Florida Gator peice I originally received I was not quite happy with because the color orange was more of a Tennessee Volunteer orange. Without asking for an exchange or a return, the company willingly said they would improve the product and ship me out a new piece and that they did.
