Im not giving the store a 1 star. But im giving the MANAGEMENT a 1 star. 0 starts if thats possible. I came on ther shopping this evening with my son & his grandmother (who is a teacher) we spent nearly $800 in supplies and a few other things. Grandmother asked if they gave a teacher discount. The lady at the register said yes but she needed manahers approval. After 7-10 minutes of her finding someone who would help her (she asked a young lady manager, brown long hair) she said "this isnt my dept i dont know" very snobby. So then she ran over to ger her manager. Young man, shaggy blonde hair. And he asked the grandmother VERY RUDE "where did you even hear we do a teacher discount" she said "i just asked if there is one" and the lady at the register said "i thought we did" he walked away yelling "NO & WR NEVER HAVE!" Ive never had an experienc like that but he was SOOO rude to the cashier & grandmother. And he was not wearing a name tag so i couldnt get his name. I was the second person in line at the pick up counter and waited for 20 minutes. There was one person working the counter and the customer in front of me was scrolling through her phone all that time trying to find something they could locate her order by. Instead of having her move over while she scrolled through her phone, the cashier opted to look as she was scrolling. Another person eventually called for backup at the front as the line at this point was going into the clothing aisle behind me. They called several times but nobody came. Someone did come and asked those at the BACK OF THE LINE if they just needed to pick up an item and took care of that person - those of us in the front of the line couldn't even hear her ask because the back of the line was so far away! Why she wouldn't start at the front where people had been waiting the longest is absurd. Will never visit that store...

After being told that the 5 TVs are available and were being brought down from the top shelf, the rep stated he was told he could not sell me the 5 TVs. After offering to pay the advertised price, the electronics manager then, in a condescending manner stated that it didn't matter what I paid, he wasn't going to sell them to me. After pointing out the price tag and dates on the price tag, he once again in his condescending manner repeated himself. He gave no information other than he was refusing to sell me the 5 TVs I was already told I could have. I was there on 11/22/19 the price tag clearly states the price is good until 11/23. I feel like I was discriminated against. My attorney has been contacted. I have all the documentation needed. Same day, I went to a competitor and spent my money w/ them. 5 brand new...
