I want to start this off by saying I spoke to him after leaving my Facebook review, I told him even after everything below I just wanted my washer fixed and if he would do that I would retract my review and leave him good feedback. He informed me he has sent the part back already because I had left him a negative review. I told him and he agreed let’s call it water under the bridge he said he would contact the company about the part he sent back and would then call me back about scheduling a time to come fix the washer. Once more I’ve waited weeks and heard nothing back from him. I do not like leaving bad reviews for businesses because I know this will affect him professionally but I have to do it, I do not want some older woman/man or a single mother to go through this. So tomorrow I will be calling the warranty company back one more time to have them send another company out here to fix this washer.. please see write up below for my original review from Facebook. Again I will say he is very professional in person and on the phone but there’s no reason to schedule work and not even call the customer to say I’m not coming on several occasions, maybe now he doesn’t want to speak to me over the bad review but what was his reasoning before hand, I was pushed to that point to get a call back or an appointment..
I’ve called this fella Cornelius several times I believe he’s the owner, he’s very courteous when at your home, he’s nice on the phone but he’s told me several times he was coming back out to fix my Samsung washer, he’s ordered several parts and put them on it on two different occasions, but they didn’t fix the problem he said he had to order a new circuit board, I’ve spoken to him twice in the last 3 months he’s told me both times it’s in and he’s coming to install but doesn’t call and doesn’t come out, I don’t know if he’s forgotten or just doesn’t wanna mess with it but Samsung won’t do anything else for me because there’s an open work order, so I’m just screwed on this 2000$...
Read moreThese people treated us real bad. We needed our oven repaired. Their tech came out and looked at it.. charged us 84 dollars and said he would come back several days later to repair it. Came back LATE and still didn't repair the oven.. he said he couldn't get the screws out and he needed a special tool that he didn't have with him. He said he would come back the next day to fix it but didn't know what time. The following morning I called to see what time he would be back and whoever answered the phone was RUDE!!!!! This man was upset because I requested that we be the first appointment considering they left the job incomplete the previous day. He said they couldn't get back in until 12. I, of course, had planned to have him here on the original date and not the next day so having an appointment the following day I requested the tech come out after 3. I asked if the tech would come prepared this time and this man got unbelievably irritated and irate.. told me they were doing me a favor and going above and beyond as it is.. After charging me to look at my oven, not coming prepared to the job you already LOOKED AT, arriving late and not placing me in the priority spot the following day.. on top of all that this man was rude too????? That man talked to me like i was an ungrateful idiot and not a paying customer. For almost $400 i could have just replaced my oven but decided to trust your business instead. I would literally never recommend these people to anybody and the way the world is working these days, I'm going to make sure to spread the news to as many people as possible. You can't talk to anybody any kind of way you want to. That's someone wife, mother, daughter all that. People are out here doing crazy things because of bad service. Thank God we are good people. Read morethe first time i called them a couple weeks ago was to come look at my dryer, it wasnt getting hot. we set up a time and day no one showed. called back to set up another time and day, said they would call 30 mins out, no call they just showed up. looked at the dryer, found the problem cost me $240. dryer worked good afterwards. last week, dryer stopped producing heat. called to set a time, said they were booked up until friday. told them i was off the upcoming tuesday if that would work better. asked me the time, i said between 3 and 4 tuesday the 23rd was a good time. 4:30 rolls around, no call from the tech nor did he show up. called the office and spoke to matilda, the same lady who took my call last week! she told me i wasnt even put onto the schedule for today, after i had already confrimed the time and date! she called the tech and he said he would be out to my house when he got done with the job he was on. GUESS WHAT??!!! never called or showed up to my home!!! this is one of the most unprofessional businesses ive had the worst times dealing with. i understand shortage of staffings and demands, but to not show up or even call is...
