I come to this Taco Bell about once a month, and I see a local community that comes here from many socioeconomic backgrounds. This Taco Bell location seems to be a stopping point for someone who is walking by or getting on/off the bus or someone who has limited funds to be able to eat just one taco but also experience a friendly Hello or maybe even be asked, How they’re doing? Sometimes the customer just needs to hear that someone cares about them?! Ive seen your workers beam when they see a frequent customer or even when a friend walks in and the smiles abound. At busy times all types of people come here to enjoy the tastes of Taco Bell, and your store has always met those times with decent service despite the limitations of finding workers in today’s competitive environment. But it’s during these times the interactions and service shine despite not being perfect, yet it’s the sincerity and care your employees offer that show their own selves and your customers, that we are all worth every penny in today society. Occasionally you’ve had some workers come and go who aren’t very polished, but they still try to provide the best service they can, and I do appreciate when they at least try their best even though they may not look or talk right or even get an order quite right. So, because of these limitations by employees in this neighborhood, I’m not expecting Taco Bell to be just like Chic Fil A in terms of employee service, but I’m expecting this Taco Bell to be warm, friendly and smiling despite perfection. So Thanks for doing a great job at this store and not giving up on the community it both serves & employs. Thank you for Connie and her friendliness taking my order. She’s always been a little different but always very...
Read moreWell 1st off I'd like to start by saying that I'm homeless. I'm clean And hygienic.A rock clean clothes that stay very Presentable. But in most places of business they see a person with a backpack and a bicycle And they automatically assume the worst or don't want your business. Well this morning after riding my bike for a few miles I decided to stop in to get a Baja blast, because I was quite parched. As soon as I began speaking to the cashier, I informed him that I only had about a $1.50 in cash, and maybe that much on my debit card as well. The cashier then informed me that he was the manager, And then I can go ahead and choose one of the $1 burritos, And he would give me a small drink with it. I was very thankful for himto do that but as I began to count out my change, It's almost never mind not to worry about it I could have 2 burritos and a drink for free. I tried to insist that I would pay for it and I didn't like getting any handouts, But once again he smiled and told me it was not a problem, he was more Then happen to help me out. I've been having a very rough past week But luckily I just started a new job And my 1st day is tomorrow. Small gestures like that go a very long way, And even though it was probably not a big deal to him, His small act of generosity has impacted my entire day, And I had to share upon my gratitude for him. The receipt says the cashiers name is Martiniana, So I can only assume that I was hemp since he was running the register, But that small little meal was so filling not only nutritionally but emotionally and...
Read moreMy experience here was outrageous! First off I had been waiting at the counter for a minimum of 5 minutes if not longer just to get somebody to take my order. At least four different people looked at me before anybody came up to take it. Finally a person came up to take my order however this person at the counter argued with me about an item that they had (bean and cheese burrito) and I know that they have them because my boyfriend has been getting them for I don't even know how many years now and he had just gone earlier that week. He continued to argue with me; I had to call my boyfriend make sure that this was exactly what he wanted and he said that it was. I finally convinced him to take a beefy cheese burrito and just replace the beef with beans and take the sauce out and rice out. Then I went to make my order and he said that it wasn't possible to make mine even though they had everything to make it. He said you could only get it if you ordered it through the app which was not working at the time so there was no way for me to order what I wanted even though you could buy all the things separately. I didn't get back out to the car with my boyfriend until roughly 20 minutes later. After all that at least they got my order right but then whenever I went home to eat it my two crunchy tacos were so greasy that they had fallen apart and you couldn't even hold them! I understand that this is fast food and I don't expect it to be the greatest quality but I do expect it to at least be edible and this was not.
