Subway — Restaurant in West Buechel

Dirty atmosphere. Employees too into themselves/on phones to take time to tend to easy maintenace store. Food not to as requested online. Takes about 15 minutes to be ready. Dismissive, unpersonable employee did not honor actually tried to charge me again for same sandwich after making me wait to have it remade. Get a job somewhere else if torturing customers is your get off dude.

Does not put extras on sandwich. Learned after other wasnt extra cheese so youre not eyeballing the receipt to the work as you wanna act like black shirt dude, name start with a B? Probably off eating my actually made right sandwich deadeyeing the next honest paying customer as I write this.

Their customer service skills are terrible and they need to go back to sandwich school to learn how to make a sandwich because every time you get a sub there the meat is never spread out on your sandwich it's always on the side so you're eating vegetables instead of the meat and vegetables together they always try to rip you off with the meat not giving you full scoops half a scoops but expect you to pay $9 for six and a half inch sub would not recommend this Subway to anyone ever only reason why I go there is because that's the only thing that is around my job and I only get a half an hour lunch if it wasn't for that I wouldn't go...

If you come here, get someone other than Anand to make your sandwich. He is extremely pushy about making your sandwich the way he thinks it should be made. I asked for it toasted, he didn't toast it. I said I didn't want lettuce, he tried to put lettuce on anyway. I had to put my foot down on every aspect of my sandwich to include the dressing. I had to tell him 3 times that I didn't want the parmesan vinegarette, I wanted the red vinegar. I would advise going 3 minutes up the road to...
