Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Louisville

Okay first of all, I always forget to write that this place has the best service. However, the one day I was going to write a 5 star review I received 0 star service. My mother ordered a very large order almost $60 worth of food. When I walked into the restaurant with my son we stood there for 20 minutes waiting to be helped! Unbelievable right? Not Chick-fil-A! But it was, everyone else was getting help and the big pow wow of managers didn't feel like dispersing. So my son and I remain waiting, even after speaking to two employee's who were kitchen workers that asked me if I needed help! I apparently looked long enough at a manager and she came to help. I only got two bags for $60 worth of food and was missing two drinks and ice. I cannot even understand why I waited that long and had everyone else getting helped but me. And I know $60 Might not be a lot to some, to us it is and we didn't even receive the right food. We were missing 5 items in total and received two sauces for $60 worth of food! When I went back in with my son they looked at me crazy when I said I was missing stuff and practically called me a liar. I am not one to start confrontation but I was not gonna stand down anymore. I told them I am missing these items and then I proceeded to get the worst attitude from two out of the three employees who helped me. The first employee was the sweetest and she saw how I was being treated and told them I needed it fixed. It's only a complaint because I wasn't the only one complaining about an order at the time yet I was the only one being questioned and mistreated. Will not go back ever again. I went to this Chick-fil-A location this morning and I was not impressed with the service. The person that took my order was not very engaging but I wouldn't of been picky or even said anything about that had everything else going smoothly. I ordered a large Dr Pepper and a order of hashbrowns and when I got to the window they handed me a diet Dr Pepper and said here is your diet Dr Pepper I said I do not ask for diet and they said well we cannot take that back from you, and then proceeded to act like I changed my mind and asked for some thing else. I did not change my mind. They, in fact, did not give me the correct item, nor was the correct thing entered into the system, because diet Dr Pepper is what was on the receipt. Then I did not have a cupholder or space for two drinks and yet they would not take the other one back to throw it out. I've been a general manager for a restaurant and at the end of the day if you hand someone a drink and you saying that all they did was hold it in their hands and you gave them the wrong drink and you don't have trash cans nearby outside then the least you could do is take it back. When I go to Chick-fil-A, I typically go to the one on Shelbyville Road in Saint Matthews, or the one in Saint Matthews mall in those locations I prefer way more due to the employees being nicer and always...

Worst experience I've ever had at a chick-fil-a. The first time around the drive thru was great, great service, had to wait for fries which is fine because they were fresh.... But did not receive my drink when met around the front of the store. No big deal. I didn't even realize until I was almost done feeding my son & went to eat my food. Went back through the drive thru with my receipt, maybe 10-15 later, explained the problem. Immediately treated like a criminal that's trying to steal a $3 drink that I PAID to upgrade and never received. And honestly, I could have dealt with that, I know people will get over on restaurants whenever they can & the time gap could easily be suspicious (though I never left the property). Did not appreciate the passive aggressive rudeness that the woman taking orders or the cashier gave me, but when I finally received my sweet tea it was so severely watered down that I almost thought they'd accidentally gave me unsweet. Now I feel like it was literally half water on top of full to the brim with ice. Did not find it worth it to go back through the drivethru.
