Smashburger — Restaurant in West Chester Township

Girl at register wasn't paying attention to me at all. I told her at least 3 times what I wanted to order and she was staring off into space and kept saying, "what?" Told her I wanted a crispy chicken BBQ bacon cheddar with no haystack onions, she said, "it doesn't come with onions." I said, "yes it does, I worked here for 5 years." Then I told her I wanted it on a Chipotle bun and asked if they still carried them, she said, "yes," so I know she heard what I said. Then I the repeated the order entirely again. I asked for a large smash fry 3 times, as well as the Chipotle bun 3 times. I get my receipt and she didn't substitute a Chipotle bun, nor did she ring a large fry. I worked here for years, it's not that difficult at all. There also was no one else in the restaurant, I ordered at 11:15am. Didn't bother correcting her because I tried 3 times while ordering and she didn't listen to me at all. Manager was kind tho, and the food i did receive was good. This girl needs training though.. Overpriced and bad service. Ordered 2 triple double burgers with an order of large fries. Got charged for 2 orders of fries and the cashier issued the refund with an attitude. Fries were good but burgers were not. The burgers were pretty small. The buns were fridge cold and the cheese wasn't melted. My boyfriend decided to eat his burger like that, but I took my burger back to the counter to see what they could do. The cashier sent it back to the kitchen to get it "remade". Burger came back barely warm. One of the cheese slices was still not melted at all. I took it back up and asked for a refund. The cook who I'm assuming was also the manager came to the front to process my refund. Didn't say anything at all. Not even hello. I would have at least expected an apology that the food was not to my liking considering that it was a $6 burger. He didn't even wait to give me the receipt and walked away. Definitely not...

If you love the taste of cardboard with a hint of sweetness, Smashburger has the perfect Non dairy shakes for you. Their non dairy milkshakes will most definitely NOT bring any boys to the yard. I am perplexed as to how these made it out of the trial period and onto the menu. However, the burger and fries were good. I was disappointed because I asked for extra rosemary, garlic and olive oil on my fries and they only seemed to have it on the fries at the top. The burger was the best part. It was cooked perfectly and juicy. There was too much salt on the burger, but overall it was the highlight of my meal.
