Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in West Chester Township

I’ve gone to this location multiple times and each time my interaction with the staff was unpleasant because of how rude they are. Every single time I go in there. All of the reviews complaining about their customer service are completely accurate. This last visit, I had to literally walk up to one of the employees, who’s apparently a manager, while they were outside at their car taking a smoke break and ask them if they could come inside so I could pick up my online order. And then she had the audacity to say to me that she doesn’t need the attitude from me. I had to go back to the store because they didn’t make my order correctly and I brought up to the other employee how I am always treated rudely when I come in here and don’t understand why, and she met with me with the same attitude as the other employee, showing that she could not care less about what I was saying and that I was in the wrong. And that’s when I became visibly upset, and the girls both told me to leave, tried to threaten me by saying I was on camera as if I was being violent (I was standing there not doing anything but since I gave them back the attitude they gave me they must’ve had their feelings hurt) and then tried to belittle me by asking me how I was, and then laughing at me and saying “Ooooo!”. I filed a complaint and their owner reached out to me, doesn’t seem like he’s too concerned about their behavior towards his customers either since the solution was to “talk to them about it” even though he kept bringing up their perspective of the situation when talking to me....

Planet smoothie is my favorite smoothie shop I lived in Florida and went to the one in Northport Florida the location in North Port is very clean and and very well-stocked employees are always in uniform everyone is so friendly and they greet you immediately as walking in the door Northport planet Smoothie is the best smoothie shop I have ever been to if you are ever in the area of North Port Florida it is a must stop by and grab you a smoothie you will not be disappointed I moved back to Ohio and saw that there was a planet smoothie in Westchester Ohio worst experience ever place was very nasty and dirty blenders were not clean look like nothing had ever been soaked or cleaned at all paint coming off the walls employees were not in uniform nothing stocked on the shelves nothing had looked like it had been wipe down in forever will not be going back I do not understand how this place is still...

No shade against the single staff member working on a busy Saturday morning—he was great. Management is clearly having issues based on the multiple condescending signs left for staff all over the store, the empty (not cold) cooler, and Costco pallets of bottled water and Gatorade just sitting on the floor next to a shelf full of cleaning supplies visible from the parking lot. Maybe there’s a problem in the back room, who knows? All tables except one have been removed and chairs are stacked, not available. At least they finally fixed the slamming door. Smoothies are good, expensive, but good. The app had worked well until a recent update. This location does not accept tap to pay. This place looks about 3 days away from bankruptcy in its current state. Owners need to be here working themselves rather than leaving one staff...
