If giving zero stars was an option that is what I would choose. I lived in this complex back in 2019 and lived here for 3 years. When we first moved in there were several issues with our bathtub install. We were without a bathtub for several months with two young children. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and just understood things happen. Beyond that our stay was fine leading up to move out in 2022. My partner and I were moving out that April, and him and I were having our own issues (abuse) I was head of household on this account, he went behind my back to get the lease and resigned it to trap me into another year there with him. He reached out and got the lease without me knowing for over a month, which they provided him knowing I was head of the account, and it was signed and turned in without my name signed or initials anywhere. They accepted this lease agreement that didn’t have my signature or initials anywhere to be found on it besides my partners. He signed his name in his spot and mine and they accepted it. When I confronted them about it they told me it was my fault and not their problem, that we would have to break that future lease and it would cost $3500 to do so. As anyone else would, I was extremely furious with them accepting a lease I didn’t even 1) know about 2) sign. I told them it was unacceptable and in that case illegal. I threatened to get a lawyer involved if they couldn’t cancel the renewal of the lease that I never signed. Moving forward 3 years later, I applied there again and was denied because of previous residency issues, is what they said. My partner and I applied, submitted our application fees, and went back and forth with the office for a week on getting information to move forward in the process. On day 7, they told us we were denied because of previous residency issues which should have been noticed way before 7 days and brought up from the beginning before even moving forward on our application or even offering a refund for us to find somewhere else to go considering it was non-negotiable. I have contacted them twice and finally got a response after 4 days that the application fees are used for background and credit checks. I’m very furious with how this was handled considered I generally loved being in that community but they made something that was a them problem (accepting an unsigned lease on my behalf) a me problem with new management. Then to move forward and keep me hanging for a week knowing I wasn’t even allowed to live their moving forward and taking the application fee anyways. Not to mention my siblings also applied and were going to move in and withdrew their application due to the way they handled things. Very disappointing and I will never recommend this community to anyone...
Read moreHorribly ran there's not enough parking spots so my husband and I have to walk 10 min to our car every morning the hallways are all outdoor so in the summer they're infested with spiders and lots of other nasty insects and I mean infested it's disgusting. The halls are all dirty and gross even without insects. And the worst part is there are wasp literally nesting inside the walls and siding on the side of our balcony and are sworming our balcony everyday and my 3 year old daughter is highly allergic but since it's on the 3rd floor they said there's nothing they can do about it. So we can't even enjoy using or having a balcony. Plus we've had a total of 7 wasp find there way into our apartment. And on top of all that the pillar in our balcony is literally hanging over the edge of the balcony and it's slanted as if it's going to fall at any time. You'd think for paying 1100 a month just for a 2 bedroom apartment this place would be better maintained I don't recommend anyone to live here I can not wait till our lease is up no wonder why people never renew there leases and there turnover...
Read moreWould not recommend this place to anyone. Gave less than 24 hour notice for maintenance, which with two dogs was impossible to accomodate for as they also refuse to make appointment times to make it easier to try to leave work to get the dogs out. Also parking was a nightmare. Not enough spots per building and had to park fairly far away. Then there was the move out... there was a discrepancy between billings for final move out so I requested a final pay out amount. Twice in the same email thread they confirmed what the amount was. Over a month later they send me an email saying the move out money THEY told me I owed was wrong and I owed another $500+. Mistakes happen. However they weren't even accommodating to give extra time to pay the bill that in my mind wasn't coming. It's not like it was a few dollar mistake, it was $500! Disrespectful and poor management given the circumstances. Do...
