Deer Run At Beckett Ridge — Local services in West Chester Township

Applied for an apartment specifically for the school district... I was told there would be a unit available within a few weeks and no one else was on the waiting list. Asked questions of what would disqualify my application. Was told old utility bills and evictions. I had neither. Asked about credit score(mine was a 560, my fiance 720) and was told that didnt make a difference. I thought great, this is perfect. Took application with me so that I could have everything they needed all at once. Returned next day and no one was there. Returned again following day and still not open. Weekend pass and return on Monday and finally open. I was then told 2 other people had turned in an application. How, if you weren't open? O well, still turned in application. I really wanted to move. I was told my application wouldn't be processed until they had an available unit because they can only hold it for so long. 2 days later I get a notification that they ran my credit report. I get excited thinking maybe the other potential candidates backed out or not approved so I was up next. A few weeks go by and I didnt hear anything so I give them a call. I was told I was denied the apartment. She didnt know why because she said the third party who runs the report are the ones who make the decision. I contact that company and was told the total opposite. That they just run the report and the apartment manager makes the decision. I live here… worst decision I’ve ever made. When you call Danielle, she doesn’t ever respond, doesn’t open the doors to her office (only when you pay rent).
