After many years, I decided to give this place a try again since I noticed they had changed ownership. My first time back was in January 2023. I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. I had gone in with a design in mind, showed pictures, and was let know they couldn't do it, so I changed my design to what they could at the moment. I ended up getting a French manicure in pink with crystal application on 4 fingers. It was beautiful! The unfortunate part was that within 24 hours, a crystal had fallen off. I went back they Applied another one on, I asked how much, they didn't charge me. More crystals fell off within the week I went back and they applied them back. I offered to pay, they didn't charge me.

The design last almost a month minus the crystals falling off. I was relatively satisfied with the work done so I decided to go back for my next nail gel manicure and nail design. This time my experience was not a joyous one. I didn't get the same manicurist as the first time. This lady had an attitude about everything. I felt like a child sitting there and like I was inconveniencing her. I went with a glitter nail polish and crystal application on two nails. The nail polish was patchy on the top so I let her know. she applied more with an attitude. On two of my nails, I have a lump from the application. The same thing happened with the crystals, one came off within 24 hours. So I went back to get it reapplied. As soon as I walked in the door, the lady who did my nail with an attitude says "What happened now?". I mentioned that a crystal fell off and she quickly barked back, that next time they were not going to apply crystals to my nails because they come off and that they are short staffed. I said I pay for them and I had no problem paying for the reapplication. I left out of there with my stomach in knots and tears, and a missing crystal. I am a grown woman being talked to and treated unfairly. At no point was I rude or unwilling to pay for a service done. I was willing to give this place a chance and just go to the first lady who did my nails back in January, but after the treatment I received today, I refuse to go back to a place I feel I am not wanted. I came here recommended by a co-worker. She has been coming here for YEARS (approx 20 years). The first red flag was that they didn't even know who I was talking about its ok though they see a LOt of people! So I came in for Pedicure and Full Set GEL NAILS. The work was rushed but shes a pro right...she didn't push the cuticle back on my fingers she didn't clean off the fine film from the nail (that can prevent the acrylic or gel from adhering). so she proceeds to drill off the top of my nail with a carbide bit and begins to mix ACRYLIC ...acrylic is a POWDER that needs to mix with a liquid monomer to form the ACRYLIC nail and doesn't need a UV light to cure and this lying lady is saying its "acrylic/gel" NO IT IS NOT!! The only gel on that nail is the top coat that she also LIED about not having a regular nail polish for. I did put a gel top coat that NEEDS to cure under a UV light so I wasn't happy with the work cus it looks like I had my nails done 2 weeks ago when she was done. All in all I told my co-worker they are ripping her off and she is so reluctant that they don't do that but of course she is a loyal money spender there so get educated girls or spend your money stupidly here for lies and deceit. i'm never coming back here on the principle of the horrible work ethic. I scheduled a appointment with Amy for 10:30am I walked in at 10:28am and she was doing another person foot I didn’t get started until 11:05am but when I did a walk in and someone came in with a appointment she stopped doing mines and stated they had an appointment but I did not get the same service when I had a appointment.
