I had a nightmare of an issue with blue mercury’s customer service over the phone about a item I ordered in store to be sent to my house but was out of stock. Luckily I went to the manager of the store whose name is Gigi, who was so nice and kind enough to resolve this issue I was having. I had been dealing with the issue for over a month and no one had reached out to me from Blue Mercury corporate and Gigi was able to resolve the issue in just a few days! Gigi had reassured me that they would reach out to the company to see what happened with my order. Gigi even followed up with me about the issue by calling me on my personal number which I greatly appreciated since I spent so much time sending emails and making phone calls that were not being answered by blue mercury’s customer service team. If it wasn’t for my experience with Gigi, I would have never step foot again into a blue mercury store....

I don't usually wear makeup because of skin and eye sensitivities, but I have some big events coming up that I wanted to get some products for. Pamela took her time choosing sensitive products and applying an entire makeup look on me, and she really listened to my requests for a more natural look. She adjusted it whenever I asked, and gave me application tips along the way - basically a mini-makeup lesson. I looked amazing walking out of there and got many great new products (and free samples she threw in).

I shop here often and had always been super satisfied with the service and the management of this specific location (which ironically, I don’t believe has changed). The sales representatives used to be friendly and eager to help. Now you get blank stares, snarky remarks, and even better, the rep trying to give you the wrong product. Nice try, I read the packaging before I put my card down. . .
