In the beginning and in the end, Drinks on Me was great. We had some hiccups in the middle, however, because there was a lot of staff turnover. During the planning process for our 2023 wedding, we ended up talking with three different employees and at one point the second employee left but didn't inform us that she left the company and didn't leave us with any general business email or phone number. We had to resubmit an inquiry form to get back into contact about our order for which we had already made a down-payment. I used Drinks on Me for a complete bar package including 2 bartenders and 2 wait staff for a 40th birthday party! They were phenomenal and impressed everyone. The bartenders were top notch, friendly, and excellent at keeping the lines moving. The 2 women that walked around were helpful and right on top of cleaning things up and helping my party planner. I did a full bar package with 5 spirits, 3 beers, and 3 wine selections. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Drinks on Me - Chicago. I was at a bit of a loss of what bartending service to choose for our wedding reception but Drinks on Me was the perfect choice. They have multiple options in terms of what they provide whether it's labor, mixers, and/or alcohol. The staff was incredibly friendly and positive during the reception even though it was a long night for them.
