I don’t understand how this Chipotle stays open because every time I visit, especially after 7pm (despite them being open until 10pm), they always seem to be out of basic ingredients. No lettuce, no guacamole, no chicken—sometimes no rice! How is that even possible for a restaurant that specializes in burritos and bowls? It’s like they stop caring as the night goes on.
On top of that, their service is a complete joke. I’ve had issues before, but I thought, “Hey, maybe I’ll give them another chance if I order earlier.” Big mistake. They managed to confuse my bowl with an online order. Not only did they mess up my order, but they also stuck a to-go receipt in my bowl. When I pointed it out to the employee, she just brushed me off and insisted it was an online order. Turns out, it was my bowl they had already ruined! To make matters worse, they argued with me instead of fixing the mistake. After waiting 15 minutes, they still couldn’t get it right because the person who was supposed to handle my order never did, and they caused even more delays.
And don’t even think about contacting customer service. I reached out, explained the situation, and all I got was a half-hearted “sorry” followed by, “What else can I help you with?” Like, seriously? It’s clear they don’t care about making things right or providing a decent experience.
If you plan on visiting this Chipotle after 7pm, just don’t bother. They’ll be out of everything, they’ll mess up your order, and you’ll leave feeling frustrated. This place is a disaster from top to bottom. Save yourself the headache and go...
Read moreI don’t know if I just came on a bad day but my first time at this location was not pleasant. I’ve waited in line for a long time and wasn’t rush hour. When I told the employee my protein of choice was chicken he skimmed the top and I got 5 big chunks. When the next person in line ask for chicken. He actually dove in the middle and got a proper scoop. When I ask if I can have just a little bit more. He told me no because “1 scoop is 4oz” but I told him that even though it may be “4oz” it’s literally 5 pieces of chicken and i wanted my protein to cover my bowl like the one next to me. I ask him if he saw a visible difference he said no. But when I asked around everyone agreed. I didn’t want double chicken just at minimum a 2-3 big chunks atleast. Nevertheless, the bowl in its entirety was underwhelming. I only enjoyed the white rice, pinto/ black beans, corn and tomatoes but the bell peppers tasted off and the green & red sauce, sour cream, and chicken were bland and the lettuce tasted weird. This bowl was...
Read moreOne of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Stopped by here to pick up dinner and was immediately met with attitude which was weird seeing how the man that was serviced before me was met with so much politeness, maybe because he was an MD and they knew him, who knows, anyhow I asked for a few things on my order to be light, the server looked me in my face as I was speaking and said ok however she proceeded to place handfuls, to bad she didn’t do this with the meat lol, I asked her to go back and take some off as I requested them to be light and she started to roll her eyes I then get over to the cashier and after paying I asked her where the utensils were as I did not see them and instead of speaking she pointed in the direction and another customer had to tell me, there on the other side, I turned to look at the cashier because I thought to myself how come she couldn’t just say that and both her and the server were standing there laughing. My first and last time...
