MZ Wallace — Local services in West Chicago Township

I can not and will not stop singing the praises of the MZ Wallace store in Chicago!! I live in in California and we don’t have any MZ Wallace boutiques nearby unless I want to go to Nordstrom’s. But as soon as I saw that MZ Wallace was going to release a peony small Sutton, I was smitten 🤣 I heard it was going to release in April and I knew I would get my birthday coupon from MZ Wallace in April too!

My birthday coupon came right around the time the new collection dropped. But when I went online, I noticed that the shipping estimate dates were between 4/11-4/14. Knowing that I’m in California and shipping takes a while, I was disappointed because my birthday was going to be on 4/11.

Then it occurred to me that maybe if I ordered from one of the retail locations, they could ship sooner. I had heard that they apply to the rewards program and could probably use my birthday coupon too. Several wonderful ladies in an MZ Wallace group on FaceBook confirmed this and told me to contact the Chicago store. They all had great experiences with this store.

So I got in touch with Biljana, the manager of the Chicago store and she was sweet as pie!! She not only was she so nice, she offered me a better birthday coupon, to hold my items until I had a chance to call to pay over the phone, but also quick and free shipping! She guaranteed I would get it by/before my birthday! I was busy and not able to call the store for several days but she kindly reminded me by asking if I still wanted the items on a Sunday and told me that UPS was coming on Monday and that they could add my order to the pick up if I were able to call to order before the pick up. With the time difference, I was still able to call in the morning on Monday and speak to an associate in her store. She told her team about me and my order. So I ordered on the phone and the associate was also so sweet! I received my order a day before my birthday!! They really made the start of my birthday wonderful! I will definitely order more from them! I highly recommend...

I wanted to share my wonderful experience at MZ Wallace. I was visiting Chicago for the first time, and my friend told me that there was a store. I had admired her purses and wanted to see them in person. Monica assisted me. She was so friendly and helpful. She took her time and let me try on every purse I was curious about. I ended up leaving the store with a couple of purses. I am so excited to go back to Kansas City and style my new bags. I will definitely be only shopping at the Chicago store...
