ReVamp Electronics — Local services in West Chicago Township

On March 18th, 2023, I made a purchase with them. There is a 30 day return policy. On April 11, 2023, I submitted a request to return that item. That same day I received an email informing me that my request was submitted successfully and that I would receive another email with further instructions once they reviewed my request. Weeks went by without receiving an email with further instructions. Thankfully, I made my purchase through PayPal. On April 27, 2023, I had to contact PayPal, whom graciously took care of this situation that this company makes you jump through hoops just to contact them in order to even rightfully get a refund and/or make a return. Additionally, a Blade Refill was supposed to have been delivered every 6 weeks, even with that they jumped the gun big time and shipped it April 18, 2023, seven days after I requested a return for the initial purchase. Needless to say, I will NEVER order anything from them again....

This Company does not stand behind their words. On the website it tells you that you can return the item if not satisfied with the Groomie BaldiePro in 60 days. The device bumped up the back of my head and I tried to return it for a refund within 3 weeks. This is way less time than the 60 days requirement. They give me a whole lot of run around. Within that same period they tried to force refills on me knowing that I was trying to return the item. Paypal had to step in to stop that. Apparently they lock you into a subscription when you purchase the item. This happened in the background without my consent. Also they feed you a lot of crap via email about being able to cancel the subscription in your profile but this is not true. From what I saw, it fools you into subscribing for even more items. Buyers beware of this company!! I have returned the item using my own money to ship it back to them. They have refused to refund my money....

Do not buy, I repeat do not buy from the company. I ordered a head shaver that is partnered with this company. And I got scammed hard, never received the product. They put me in a subscription that I did not want to be, and I can not cancel it. So save your time and do not buy from any companies that are under this...
