Long review but worth it, finding and booking an appointment at Yoni was the best thing I’ve done for my self-esteem in a very long time! I went for my first Brazilian wax ever and Kellee made me so comfortable, gave me peace of mind when I was nervous (low pain tolerance girlie here lol). I was a regular the entire summer and fall, and the results are fabulous, waxing was painless (eventually lol) and came back thinner every time. Kellee is easy to talk with, and I started expressing concerns about my very bad, deep/painful recurring cystic acne on my chin and down my neck too, she recommended a simple and cost effective skin care regimen that no dermatologist or aesthetician prior had ever mentioned could work for me (7 derms, and 3 aestheticians prior btw giving me recommendations equivalent to TikTok advice). She didn’t try to sell me a single treatment, but offered one if I really needed improvements for a special occasion, and taught me that they wouldn’t get me long-term results I needed. I bought a couple products based on her recommendation and after 2 months my cystic acne had almost completely cleared. It’s probably getting about 8-9 months since my first appointment and I DON’T have the cystic acne anymore that I was fighting for 5 years. I plan to work with her on acne scarring treatments next. She’s a great person, easy to talk with, actually cares about your concerns and is a rock star in her line of work!
