Response to the lies on top of the line :
You were NOT UPFRONT with the fact that it had been in an accident with a deer. I had to peel the onion and instead I was decoyed by a minor scratch and the deer accident was omitted until I kept pressing and pressing . I still had plenty of grace until the saleswoman’s attitude in the midst of my question that made her fearful of losing the sale
Your saleswoman wasn’t “ explaining the warranty” you are LYING . I was the one basically making the statement that “L Certified means nothing if the technicians overlooked something with the deer accident and I sign for it , correct “
Instead of saying correct your saleswoman basically spent so much more time being ambiguous and expecting me to trust the techs as if they are the closest thing RATHER THAN ANSWERING YES OR NO. Maybe she was angry she felt she was going to lose the sale ? Truth is her ATTITUDE and the manager’s follow up attitude saying “ I’ve known her for a long time I NEVER heard a bad thing about her so it must be you “ ( paraphrase ) before he even got my version is what lost the sale
I can go on and on but lastly your saleswoman had given her cell the night before in order to get us in the showroom the next morning ( when I found out it was in the deer accident ) and when I followed up BY TEXT that there was a follow up question I had SHE CALLED ME when I said it can wait till the next day.
No apologies from her or manager after the fact and the half truth and straw man arguments are more of the same deceptive tactics I dealt with.

Most of the good reviews are probably from buying brand new but I can only speak on my experience of being a hair away from purchasing an “ L certified “ car and the saleswoman spent so much time trying to look honest by pointing out some scratch you can hardly see which would’ve been great but i had to do too much prying to find out it was in an accident with a DEER which wasn’t effortlessly disclosed
Even with this info I was still contemplating buying the vehicle but simply asked if there was some sort of structural damage that got passed the techs is there any protection for me being that it is L certified maybe they missed it ?
The lady literally got so nasty and circular with me instead Of simply answering it wouldn’t protect me in the rare but possible occurrence , she treated me as if I was a fool for not putting 1000% trust in the Lexus techs 🤣 and then finally admitting she didn’t know the answer regardless .. humiliating round about as my wife is sitting next to me and we converse on the phone about this

Read moreI'm a very picky person especially when it comes to purchasing a car, but Bobby Rahal Lexus has really great service, we have bought 4 cars in the past 5 years and this is the best experience we had, Danielle is an excellent sales, she tried to understand our needs from the moment we walked into the dealership, very good listener, we went in for UX but we bought the NX at end because she has a lot of patience on all my questions and answered everything professionally. The dealership is very clean and modern, everyone is friendly but a sales who's name is Ty, we were making the decision to buy the car we just test drove and Ty came into Danielle's office and asked for the key, Danielle said but we are buying that car, he said "Tell them it's sold" while we were sitting there, he was also rude to my husband too, we almost walked away. we still want the car but we have no choice to leave the dealership, I was upset until Danielle call us back in 10 minutes after we left, told me that she secured the car for me and I can go get it next day in the morning, it was late so we couldn't go back right away but still made my day. Financial people are amazing too, they got me even lower interest rate then I was expecting, and he kept the promise not to run my credit more than once, the whole signing process was very comfortable, not like other dealership will want you to buy bunch of stuff that you don't need.
