Both Loren and Ryan were great! Loren was extremely thorough and walked us through the current state of our water and the situation facing us. It was really neat to see the testing happen right in front of us and be able to ask questions. Ryan did an excellent install for us! Really clean work and the setup is minimally invasive. Ryan also walked us through everything and took his time making sure everything was operational before leaving. We’re already noticing a HUGE difference in the water quality from the reverse osmosis system. It’s leaps and bounds better tasting and the TDS measurement went from 211 to 21 (checked with my own)! The softener is already working well 3 days in too! We’re noticing a big difference with the lack of buildup around our Kitchen sink and Shower.
