I’ve been to the Ephrata location and was always happy with the food, however this visit to the Brownstown location was such a let down. Got a pumpkin latte that was not good, perhaps a syrup issue, and it was also the wrong size from what I had told the cashier. I ordered lunch from Scratch Bakes for my company’s (Denver Cold Storage) manager's meeting, and it was excellent! I would highly recommend them. Our order was for about 15 people, and they kept everything very organized by labeling and neatly packaging all the items. I know sometimes ordering bigger orders can lead to missing or incorrect items, but everything was perfect. The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone enjoyed the food. Place is super busy during lunch and massively understaffed. And for a place called scratch BAKES, they have a miniscule amount of baked goods. The cupcakes are incredibly mediocre just like at their other location, which is perfect for the locals, who have zero taste.
