Victory Closets of Susquehanna Valley — Local services in West Earl Township

Mixed feelings here. If I could give them a 2.5, I would. They seem to have great reviews otherwise, so hopefully our experience was just an anomaly. The positives: Friendly and kind sales rep / design guy and installer. Answered questions, very patient with our questions and very professional in everything. Design matched build very well. Now the negatives: Communication was often slow and sometimes very poor. A good example was a communication where the sales rep gave some dates for the install and asked what we preferred. We sent back an email with our preferred date, but didn’t hear anything back until we emailed the day before the install to ask if the installation was taking place the next day. Another example was over a week between communications where the rep stated he was on vacation, and many other promptings to get a reply from him during the whole process. Terrible communication in general. And secondly, after the install there were scratches and dings in the wood and metal and sharp edges where a metal rod was cut. It hardly looked “new”. Had to buy some end caps on our own to cover the sharp edges because they didn’t provide anything to cover them. Overall, not the best experience. We are so happy with our new master closet by Victory Closets of Susquehanna Valley. Our closet has slanted ceilings and leads into our storage area over our garage. We had put off having our master closet updated as we knew it would be challenging and expensive because it is not a standard walk-in closet. I found Victory Closets on a Google search and spoke with Jen. We went through multiple plans and revisions before getting the layout exactly right in order to maximize our storage space. Jen was extremely patient and helpful. The price was reasonable for the supplies and installation. Jonah did a good job installing our new closet system. We had a few issues, which he was able to resolve. My husband and I are so happy with how this turned out. We have so much more storage space. The corner cabinets make such a difference. Looks great!!! Glad we went with the grey tone wood grain instead of the white. Gives a lot of character to the Master Closet. The modular build is a nice feature if we want to change the set up. Our installation tech, Denny, did a nice job putting the cabinets in, despite our interruptions with quick peeks and questions. We will not miss those wire rack closet shelves that fell down 3 times before I decided to just do the closet up right.
