Martins Heating and Cooling replaced our HVAC system in July 2024. After the initial Sales visit to our home, David provided us with four detailed equipment options which helped us make a decision on the system that best fit our needs. Our installation was somewhat more complex since we were converting from oil to propane during this upgrade. David took time to answer all of our questions, provided information on any rebates that were available, supplied us with information that was required to obtain a township permit and once we were ready, he scheduled the installation. Michael, Jeremy and Brian arrived on time the day of the installation. They were very professional throughout the day and answered any of our questions. Martin's was the 5th and final consultation that I was considering, and they offered what I believe was a great proposal! The initial consultation was with David Martiin, who took a careful survey of my house and offered a great heat pump proposal! He took the time to assess the house, answer questions and help set up financing. Next was the installation of the system, done by Jeremiah, Jon & Terry. Those 3 men did a great job installing the hvac system as well as some additional electrical upgrades related to the system! Vernon came out and installed our new dryer. He was very helpful and did a fantastic job. Customer care is top notch. There was a dent in it and they offered to replace it for free if take some money off. We felt very cared for. We have used it already and it works great. Steve from the HAVC side also came out today and helped me so much with my heat pump. Actually the whole system. I discovered there was a TON of things I didn’t know and things done poorly initially on the installation that he helped me correct.
