Will never go anywhere else for my Appliance needs! I completely concur with the other reviews here, And I’m really thankful for them because they were the reason I called Jim. Yes, absolutely one of the best and most honest businessmen/technicians I have ever encountered. Aside from his outstanding knowledge of the machine and a truly honest assessment of what it needs he really wants to get to know you as a person. He is truly in the people serving business and I will be recommending him to everybody I run into. I only wish they would start a Facebook page so they could get a little more promotion!
