On 12/02/19, my husband and I made an offer on a new home after reviewing the inspection report. It was noted "Drain, Waste, and Vent Piping 10.5.3 The main drainage line is leaking in the basement. A qualified plumber should further evaluate and make necessary repairs as needed." Response "This was checked by Ressler and Mateer who advised there was no leak. They advised the only thing they saw was a drop of condensation". The offer we made was based on the professional assessment that there were no major issues and there was no leak. Had we known this was not the case, our offer would have included repair cost to remedy the leak. We moved into the home on 01/25/20 and discovered a major leak into the basement from our master bathroom. We are unable to use the toilet, tub or sink. Ressler and Mateer was called on 01/27/20 and a service appointment was scheduled for 01/28/20. The plumber did confirm he was here on 08/05/19 in response to the inspector report but did not check the main line. He only checked a water line and saw condensation. On 01/29/20 I spoke with the service manager and he advised that there was no water anywhere in August so the plumber determined there was no leak. When I referenced the inspector report he stated "maybe the inspector should have been there with the plumber". I explained to him that we made the offer on the house based on their professional assessment. He stated "we can fix it but you will have to pay for it". I argued that if the plumber had done his job accurately in August this would be a non issue. The company would have been paid for their work. This was negligence on their end as a professional plumbing company. As a business owner myself, if any of my employees were negligent in their job duties, I would take ownership and make it right for...
Read moreLong standing customer of this company. They helped design and implement my HVAC services in my new construction home nearly 13 years ago. Really trusted them for their work and service. Increasingly, they have had staff turnover, company re organization and I have been extremely disappointed with their services over the past three years. Three years ago, I trusted them so much that I had them do a major plumbing and hot water heater removal and new installation. They had sloppy and careless workmen which cost me more to fix the problems left behind. Two days I ago, I had a system failure with water leakage from an air handler and all the safety mechanisms that I was told were put in place failed. The service person addressed the problem but created new ones without my authorization. The failed safety mechanism have resulted in water damage to the floor below. Needless to say, I doubt their workmanship...
Read moreI called them for a estimate. They looked at my plumbing, took a little apart, and gave me a estimate and tried to collect $90. Then, a screw was left lying on my bathtub, which I found out went to the plastic Kanab to control the water flow that broke. They refused to do anything about it because I didn't pay their $90 estimate fee that knowbody even told me about. AND I'M A LIER!!! Now, with their reply, THEY ARE TOTAL LIERS!!! The only conversation I had with their representative, was how long he's been a plumber (he was very young) and was excited about a stock going up, so I told him it. They NEVER made good on my broken knob!!know!!! LIERS, LIERS, LIERS! Is that who you want to do your work, plubic? I was belligerent when they refused to replace my knob unless I pay them $90. That part is true! But the fact that they told me to go somewhere else is also a lie I HUNG UP BEFORE THEY...
