I don't usually like to leave negative reviews. I feel that companies have their ups and downs, and that sometimes they fall short - more like us as people. I feel that this company does try to deliver good service, it does. However, responsiveness is something that needs to absolutely improve. I have not had any issues with Good's in the last 2 years - however, if I call at 10 am, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 315 pm. 330 pm, 345 pm 350 and 356 pm - and not get a single person to pick up the phone to answer my question - then I believe you have 1 or 2 problems. Either you are short staffed to a point that it hurts business and client service, or you have people who are just not willing to pick up the phone and handle inquiries and concerns during business hours. I sent an email instead, and within 15 minutes I received a response. I asked for an invoice number and the total of my bill - so that I could pay for it in FULL. The email response simply said 'YOU CAN USE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER IN THE INVOICE NUMBER SLOT; WE CREDIT BY ACCOUNT NUMBER ANYWAY. THANK YOU, SUSAN REDCAY.' I appreciated that information, but I'm not sure what happened to the rest of my questions? I understand that today may have been a really crazy day - it sure has been for myself - but I did express in my email that I called several times and could not get through to anyone and was worried that their phone services were down. My urgency was that I needed to pay online - I fell behind on my trash bill due to financial challenges that I was able to overcome by the Grace of God - when I had called earlier in December - I asked how much I needed to pay to avoid service issues - I was told to make a payment before the end of the year before they cut off my service. It's these types of responses, lack of attention to detail, and lack of communication that really make a business sink and develop a negative reputation. I certainly believe that Goods can deliver on not just picking up waste on time but also improve their client satisfaction by simply being much more responsive and pay attention to the details of...

The Goods box truck has picked up their trash cans!
Original Post: 7/29/2025 10:00
I guess no one really wants to pick up trash. I’m grateful they picked up my trash.
When I moved in, there were two full containers left from cleanup prior to my move-in. It took them weeks after I moved in and multiple calls to pick up the cans.
I started service with them and they were picking up my weekly trash, but they wouldn’t take the other two cans with them stating the cans need to go in a box truck. Apparently, when they decided to come and pick them up, I had a contractor in my driveway and they could not walk up to the top of my driveway and get the cans (approximately 20ft)
I prepaid for the quarter. Approximately one month prior to the end of my 1st quarter Goods raised yard waste to $20 a bag. When my quarter was up, I had another trash hauler lined up to start the same week my quarter ended with Goods.
Before my quarter was up I called Goods to arrange picking up their empty trash cans. Having had experienced a delay prior I thought it would go more smoothly if I called early.
I was wrong. I have called numerous times annd guaranteed calling every week and sometimes twice and talked to wonderful customer service reps.
Twice I was transferred over to the individual responsible for the schedule of picking up the empty Goods trash cans. Twice I left messages. Two weeks ago, I called and spoke with someone who Explained I had been on the schedule To pick up their cans I was moved several times I replied,” I know because they’re still here.
Not sure what the issue is… Didn’t have any problems with Goods picking up my trash, but they certainly have a problem with picking up...
Read moreWe switched to this service after a horrible experience with Eagle not picking up our trash or recycling, but these people do not know how to pick up recycling either apparently. When we switched over, we were never informed about the big four so the first time we got the green sticker was because of lack of communication. We dug through our recycling to remove the pieces of plastic that we were misinformed about for the following week. This is now the third week in a row that they have not collected our recycling because of the big four that they wrote down. One tiny sliver of plastic was found at the bottom of our bin that they so meticulously dug through, and slapped that beautifully written sticker on top of our recycling. I do not know how these people passed kindergarten with how bad that handwriting is. For the amount of time that it took for them to dig through our bin, write that sticker, and slap it directly on top of that bad boy they could’ve collected three other houses recycling’s in the meantime. I am extremely disappointed especially after reading all these reviews that everybody raved about them, but now I’m starting to see a pattern of other people not getting the recycling taken, and for them to just rummage around, place the bin back haphazardly, and slap that wonderful hand written (with the BEST grammar I’ve ever seen in my entire life) on top of their bins as well. My dog could’ve written a better note. Everything is going in...
