I needed highlights to my hair, went in specifically for this, I was doing my color at home, in past had never been happy with hair salon coloring as it was either usually too reddish or too dark. At this point I was having trouble getting my hair light enough to blend the gray so thought I'd try again. I had only 1 time in recent years loved a hair salon color and I went in with a few pictures to show what I wanted. I was very specific in saying I felt I needed/wanted highlights, as this was what was the picture I showed. I was very unhappy with the finished color, I was given dark lowlights and a dark base color. I expressed my dislike of the color as I felt it looked about the same as I went in with. She said, next time I'll give you highlights. Since that was specifically what I asked for in the first place and the color was not much different than the color I went in with and was unhappy with, I will not be going back. I scheduled a blow out and a anti frizz treatment. Total cost 90 dollars . I was never asked what type of hair style I wanted. She washed my hair for the treatment, blow dried my hair and proceeded to flat iron my hair. I expressed that I didn't want my hair to go flat and before the wedding that afternoon. I asked about curls and was told it wasnt recommend for my treatment. If I scheduled for a blow out dont you think it would of been helpful to let me know? LEXI did a fantastic job!! She trimmed my dead ends, did a treatment and gave me a Demi permanent color treatment. I went slightly darker than my natural hair and she did a wonderful job of helping me pick the perfect color to compliment my skin undertone.
