Nautical Bowls — Restaurant in West Fargo

I am so disappointed to hear about their closing! Fargo definitely needed a healthy sweet treat option like this. I feel like the owners failed to consider the consumers of Fargo on this one and just adapted what worked in other cities. Most people in Fargo wanted to enjoy this as a late night treat after dinner. Other businesses understand that (ex: Tropical Smoothie Cafe is open until 9pm, Cold Stone is open til 11, & Dairy Queen til 10/10:30) and unfortunately, continually, when I would come in at 6:45 before they closed at 7pm (now 6pm in the winter YIKES) there was a LINE of people wanting to get something before they close while employees are cleaning… floors being mopped and chairs put up.. with a line. I saw that multiple times and just thought #1 so disrespectful to customers #2 change your hours!! If you have a rush when you are closing, you need to be open later. I really hope that someone will give this concept another...

Honestly straight up AMAZING! Fresh fruit, bases are frozen fruit and the flavors blend together for a flavor you just have to try to describe it. I will officaly be broke with this place so close!! Highly recommend the paddle bowl or the sunset bowl. I also recommend the big island bowl as it has a small layer of all the base flavors you can try individually so you have a good idea what to try for the next time you go in. Price wise pretty fair for the quality and quantity. The pictures are exactly what you get. Staff was super friendly and helpful the times ive been there. Cute store with the nautical theme throughout.

So good, we'll definitely be back. It is on the expensive side for a treat (at least for me), we were drawn in with a coupon and I'm so glad we went. My toddler kept calling it "ice cream" and has asked to to back. We got a Big Island Bowl and a Paddle Bowl. I followed the advice of another reviewer and chose the Big Island Bowl so I could try a bunch of the different base flavors at once. The kid said "blue" was his favorite, I liked the pitaya, acai, and coconut vanilla chia the best.
