Bully Brew Coffee - Fargo — Restaurant in Fargo

I am a loyal customer and it pains me to have to write this review. Since Bully Brew moved to their new location I have yet to have my order arrive in a timely manner. On average it takes 20-25 minutes for me to get my order. Even longer sometimes if I include how long it takes for someone to actually take my order. I thought I could help myself and the Bully Brew staff out by downloading and using their app, but it didn't make a difference. When I got my drink this morning it was 25 minutes late compared to when the app said it would be ready and on top of this my drink was cold when it was supposed to be hot (probably from sitting too long). The customers sitting in the booth next to me didn't get their breakfast bowl and ended up having to leave without it. Please hire more staff or train your current staff or change your kitchen setup, or all of the above. I don't want to find a different place to get coffee, but I will and so...

Fine coffee drinks and always friendly staff. Unfortunately every time I have used the app to order ahead, I have still had to wait as it was not ready on time. Did not seem to matter how far in advance I ordered, how far in advance I hit the “I’m here” button, or how many cars in front of me in the drive through (or lack of anyone in front of me). Every time I have still sat and waited at the pickup window for 5+ min for my order. (To be clear I did stop at the order microphone to tell them I was there, in addition to the button in the app, and the time I ordered it to be ready at.) There is no use in ordering ahead if every time it is not ready when I arrive at...

This coffee shop is inconsistent. Sometimes you get great coffee, other times not so much. For the premium price you pay, it should be consistent. Ordered a drink today and it was terrible, and I don’t say that lightly. Went in to request for it to be fixed and they said they wouldn’t and that I would need to pay for a new drink. Any reputable coffee shop would’ve fixed the order. Another time I brought my extended family to get coffee, and every hot coffee order only received milk in their drink - no coffee. Again, nothing was done for this.
