This place is not regular massage place like your guy think , if your really have problem with your body like need real massage ,this place is not for you. this place is just for fun only ,relax and release perfectly . i do visit this place 4 times already. at first time i visit when the masseur massage my shoulder he foot going up to table still wearing the shoes ,i see that and not say anything to him but he know my eyes notice on that but he not take off his shoes ,okay i just ignore . at least i can enjoy with him, and the second time visit because of friend recommend me some of the masseur here is very good and tell the name, and i do call make appointment to mentioning with that guy name , and the person who answer my phone say okay ,so i think everything is was okay, but is not . from the first time up to my fourth appointment i do mentioning with who i want get massage .after in there is not like what i want. the manager is not in the place his the person who answering people call for appointments . so what he tell you don't believe him. this happened to all my friends too. they so upset when get the person who they want is not the person they want.when...

On Saturday, Oct 31st, 2020. I made my appointment for an one hour massage at 4pm. I came in ten minutes prior, while wearing my mask, I got temperature check twice. I was told to wear their mask that they provided and I explained that I was already wearing a mask and the guy in the front counter told me "our masks are better than yours". I didn't want to argued so I wore the mask.

I was told to pay the amount for the massage which I did, I was escorted to the room and got ready for my massage.

The massage didn't even last an hour and the person who massaged me, it felt painful because he kept scratching my neck with his fingernails. The massage only last 50 minutes and when I came out, I tipped the massuer $20, didn't get a thank you or a bottle of water.

I usually visit this establishment one a week and majority of the experience has been positive but this time, I felt disrespected and not like a paying customer. Maybe it was the person I had and I should've gotten his name. Lucky I can remember his face. I'm gonna give it another try again but if this happens again, I'm not...

Horrible communication! I walked in early part of the day and the guy at the front told me to come back at 3:30 because they were busy.. he never asked for a name or number. Fast forward to coming all the way back they proceed to tell me that I dont Have an appointment because I didn’t leave a number which he never asked for in the first place.
