Let me explain something to you simply, so you can get your tourist minds wrapped around it. The staff at this particular location try to do their best, but this is not a typical Guitar Center from back in your hometown. It's a bit of a tourist trap, and it's in LA, which means that there are a constant stream of addicts, druggies, pimps, and other types of hustler walking in here off the street.
