Rockwalk — Attraction in Los Angeles

To the people in the reviews who complain about the staff letting crazy people into the store:

Let me explain something to you simply, so you can get your tourist minds wrapped around it. The staff at this particular location try to do their best, but this is not a typical Guitar Center from back in your hometown. It's a bit of a tourist trap, and it's in LA, which means that there are a constant stream of addicts, druggies, pimps, and other types of hustler walking in here off the street. It happens sometimes and it's hard for the staff to prevent when they're trying to help actual customers with musical instruments. Try to have a bit of patience and situational awareness...

If you haven't been to the guitar center in hollywood, it's a nice time. Its got some museum-like features. There are some rock star stars and handprints on the floor of the main entrance. There's alot of famous musicians instruments there and some replicas to buy. There's huge rooms for guitar, bass, drums, vocals, acoustic guitars and another guitar room with more expensive guitars. Great for any rock/ guitar enthusiast. We walked from Chinese Theatre whilst doing all of the Hollywood sights. My only advice is that it can be an eclectic neighbourhood walking down with quite a few people hanging around so worth thinking about using the bus tours / driving etc rather than trying...
