In August we ordered a couch that was out of stock, but that had an estimated shipment date at the end of September. However, the shipment date kept getting pushed out again and again. Unfortunately we got rid of our old couch before the first shipping delay, so we’ve just been waiting patiently for the new couch to come. This week we went back to the store and talked to Shane about canceling our order and getting something that was currently in stock. We found this beautiful couch that we love, but it’s HUGE! Yesterday when the delivery guys were here they said they couldn’t get it down our stairs and into the room, the hallway is narrow and there a sharp turn at the bottom of the stairs. So, we sent it back to the store 😭. Later that day I got a call from Shane asking if he could come to my house and personally take some measurements and get an idea of how the stairwell looks. I was like, are you kidding me? Who does that??? So last night we made arrangements for him to come back today with the couch and try again. They ended up bringing the couch in through the window! He was so determined and was not going to give up until I had a couch! Long story short, stick with items that are currently in stock (thanks COVID) and ask for Shane. Seriously, he is so nice, he was so patient when I was frustrated and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy....

I just recently moved to the SLC area from Florida and gave away or sold whatever didn’t fit in my car to avoid the hassle of shipping things across the country. While it’s exciting to start from scratch with all new things, it can also be a stressful ordeal as well.

They have many options (from main furniture items to accessories like mattress pads) in their showroom to view and test out, as well as a kiosk to search for additional items.

I can be a bit indecisive and they were very patient and helpful. Not only are the knowledgeable about their own products, but they know the competition as well. On top of this, I even had some really good conversation (I was there for a while...)

We worked both with Shane and Grant, and both of them are excellent to work with. They are not pushy like other salesmen. They are just confident you will not find a better price on this kind of quality. And I mean QUALITY. So, if you don't mind a stain or two, these are the Best new mattresses for the most AMAZING prices. I am so happy with my purchase, I never thought with my budget I would ever get this good of a nights sleep. This mattress rocks. Oh, and what that other guy said about Shane being mean...that customer is a liar. I'm sure it's the customer that was being inappropriate. Shane is kind, fair and cares about his customers even...
