Perfect Arrangement — Local services in West Jordan

So to start, last year this place saved my butt on valentines day when the flower patch was so awful. However, this year I decided to return due to my previous experience. What a mistake! The website shows that they can do spectacular images so i decided to give it a shot. I sent my girlfriend a set of roses for mothers day. In the set, it was supposed to be a memorial piece with a picture of her recently deceased mother. The shop did a great job on the writing on the flowers but absolutely butchered the picture. It looks atrocious! Even worse I sent them to her at work! When I called to ask about this the lady tells me that she knowingly sent the arrangement out and personally saw the disgraceful photo she printed but did not call to alert me or try to adjust it. The only way i was able to write this message is because of the glowing review i left last year which has definitely changed. Oh and its even worse than that. I was in contact with her talking about this piece for a week and she knew this backstory! Furthermore, when talking with her on the phone today she would not even talk about a refund and tried to express that it's the pictures fault. Seems odd though as it was taken by a professional photographer. Then she finally tells me, after we've been in contact for a week, that the picture needs to be in black and white. Seriously? My mother in law recommended I get my bouquet and boutonnière from Darla for mine and my husband’s wedding on 4/2/22. When I went to talk to her initially, I told her I had no idea of what specific flowers I wanted (I knew I wanted some sunflowers though), but that I had a color scheme in mind. I showed her some inspiration photos, she wrote everything down and made sure to go through everything she wrote down with me; she really helped bring what few ideas I had to life. She even stayed in contact with me (I reached out a few times as well), gave me updates on my order which took a huge weight off of my shoulders with getting the final touches taken care of. I ordered flowers from Perfect Arrangement based on how many great review they had on here. But, they never delivered the flowers I ordered. When I called to see what had happened, they told me "I guess we just lost your order." The woman I talked to even remembered taking the order, including my credit card number, but apparently whatever she wrote it down on got lost. I needed the flowers for a very important occasion, and by the time they figured out what had happened it was too late and I was just out of luck. What a disappointment. And the only thing they offered to make it up to me was a "possible discount on a future order."
