It's an HEB. I've been to a lot of HEB's and I've only been to one bad location and the only thing bad about it was the selection. It's off of rundberg if you're wondering. HEB always has what I need and like and I have absolutely never had a bad customer service experience at any of them. I actually got stuck at this specific HEB during the snow storm after getting my vehicle stuck on a hill and they were really nice and let me hang out until I got a ride home. The manager even let me stay a bit after closing to wait and I really really appreciate their kindness. I do not live close and i tried to call the listed number but it turns out the number is not correct. Sam if you are reading this i sincerely hope you get fired and get some source of education because...
