I recently visited this store to get some photography framed, and I must say, the quality of the framing work was quite nice. However, my overall experience was marred by the extremely rude behavior of one of the employees at pick up.
I spent over $1500 on framing, and when I went to pick up my items, the woman working in the store at that time was incredibly impolite. When I mentioned that I had two items framed, she responded in a very rude manner, saying that she could only carry one at a time. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in a customer service setting especially since I clearly wouldn't ask her to carry two frames.
I had multiple items I wanted to get framed, and it's unfortunate that this woman's awful attitude cost the store my business. I believe in holding businesses accountable for the behavior of their employees, and in this case, it's clear that the store needs to address the issue of customer service with such unfriendly rude staff. No customer should have to endure such rudeness, and it's a shame that my experience was soured by one...
Read moreI had a really great experience with FastFrame.
I brought in an older painting that had mold spores growing on the inside of the glass. Needed to replace the glass and put in new mat board. The gentleman who was working with me walked me through their process and we put together the best course of action for my budget & plan.
After about a couple of weeks (timeframe was communicated at drop-off) the result was superb. They had finished up the back beautifully with wall bumpers, new paper backing, wire and hardware. On the back the certificate of authenticity that was with the painting had been placed neatly in a plastic holder. The mat board was perfect. It compliments the painting just how I envisioned.
As someone who isn't terribly into art I used to scoff at spending what I considered a lot of money on reframing & such. But it's worth every penny to see a painting that you adore come alive with a professional touch. Thank you everyone...
Read moreI have been a customer for over 20 years, so you know I must be happy with their work. They have framed individual signed concert tickets to large (48"x65") antique posters and everything in between - over 30 pieces. There was only one project (awkward size and shape) in which the glass wasn't cut exactly right. It was immediately corrected, no questions asked. They stand behind their work. The reason for this post is because the most recent framing project done by Zoe Foster was beyond my expectations. It involved the artifacts from an amazing concert: set list which had been taped to stage floor, killer tickets, a VIP badge, and a guitar pick. Zoe did a fantastic job of highlighting each item in a 3-D manner while also making them part of a cohesive piece. I remember dropping off the items and telling Zoe something like: I trust your judgment, you always do great work. And this time her work was...
