Worst H‑E‑B ever, for morning person anyways, no hot breakfast items ever. Asked the bakery personnel once, was told they make it when they have time, apparently they have not had time for the last 3 months. They do their vegetables and fruit stocking in the morning, picture attached below was taken at 7:50 in the morning. Unloaded a whole pallet worth of items all together, who needs to grab what’s behind them right? No customer service window either, and manager is just not friendly.

Probably one of the best H‑E‑B stores I have been to in the Austin area. They always have exactly what I need so there is a good selection. The store is also clean which is always a good thing. I’ve never needed help so I can’t speak of the customer service but I do see employees around to ask if I should need something. The prices are good too! Highly recommend!

I like the store. But I find ridiculous that while all the self checkout is empty and the cashiers are overcrowded, they don’t let at least elders and pregnant women to go through self- checkout. That’s taxing in a a 39 weeks woman to be standing for over 20 minutes while seeing self checkout empty and waiting for at least 4 people with full carts after her.

The first time I ordered from HEB curbside, I had it delivered to my house. It went great; the food was good and the driver was on time. This time however, I had to meet the horrible women that actually run it. They call me at 6 (when the driver was supposed to be delivering it) to tell me that because of the computers being down, no drivers were being dispatched. I ask them if I can pick it up; they agree. I drive 20 minutes to the store. I did'nt really know where it was at, so I went into the store and asked the manager, who showed me where it was. I tell the women working at the curbside service that I'm the one from the call. They ask my name and where I'm parked, and I tell them. They tell me I have to wait because there are other people in line. I thought this was a little silly considering I was picking up for a drivers failure to appear, but I suppose the other people could've been too, so I go wait in my car. 30 minutes go by, and I start to notice cars that got there after me leaving. Naturally I'm a little upset. I go back up to the window to complain and tell the woman I've been waiting 30 minutes, and she starts yelling at me! That I need to be patient and I'm in line. Bogus. She asks my name and I see her write it down on the list, which I wasn't on. Then I go back to my car and not 2 minutes later, my order comes out. What really frustrated me was that she would not accept the fact that it was her fault for not putting my name on the list when I explicitly stated to them who I was, where I was parked, etc. I seriously recommended, if you order from curbside, have it delivered to you. If you ever have to personally deal with that woman, you've...

Worst experience in here…;; Friend and i went heb to get some beer. At the beer section, my friend danced a bit because he was happy that he found the beer he likes. three girls saw my friend dancing while passing us. They laughed but we ignored them cuz we dont know who they are. When we were heading to the counter, the three girls followed and approached behind us. Suddenly one of the girls started dancing, took a video, and ran away. When we were at the counter, the girls came back and asked if we wanna see the video At the same time, we were calling a cashier to check our id for the beer. manager stopped the cashier and started asking if we are buying the beer for the girls. …? What the heck? I explained nicely that we dont know the girls and said check the cctv if he feel suspicious bout it. He looked at us pathetically and asking the same question several time. Then said he will let us go this time. HUUH? DID HE JUST THINK THAT WE ARE SUGARDADDYS OR WHAT? I was angered but didnt say much because we didnt want to be obnoxious customers. At the parking lot, we realized that the manager was following us to make sure or something. he had not let us go like that after being rude also he had to apologize if he knew that we are not with the girls when he...

Parsley stocked in the cilantro area. Went to three employees informing them of the mistake and asking if they had cilantro. Everyone said they weren’t produce employees and didn’t know. I informed the last one well then people were gonna be buying parsley by mistake. Last employee said they would let the MIC know. I assume that means manager. Nothing was ever done. I guess you have to be cilantro trained to go check and see if there’s any in the back or at the bare minimum remove the parsley that was stocked in the cilantro crate. Went through the checkout. cashier never said a single word. Not even my total or anything. He stood there holding my receipt while talking to somebody about what time he was gonna get cut or if he was gonna have to go back outside. I had to get his attention. For your constant price increases along with your record revenues, I expect better. This isn’t San Antonio where it’s basically H-E-B or nothing else. You got Trader Joe’s, sprouts, Randalls, Whole Foods, and others to choose from.

I had time to type almost this whole review standing in line. Three hours to close and you’re down to one register and the self checkout. Fail....
