JuiceLand — Restaurant in West Lake Hills

I’ve been going to Juiceland for 5 years now and this is by far the worst location in terms of turn around time and service. The cashiers cant hear orders or people on the phone and instead of turning the music down they just continuously apologize and ask for the person to repeat. Ridiculously hard to order here if not doing it via online. My drink took 30 minutes to make. When I asked them to check on it they apologized for the delay but I saw they had it sitting in the fridge. Calling out the orders continuously as the drinks are made is necessary to notify customers that their drinks are ready. This place needs improvement. Everyone here is so kind. The burrito with the ORANGE tortilla is flippin’ so yummy. I was quite impressed. Ordered a smoothie with NO apple juice cos I’m diabetic so they put real apples, bananas and strawberries with water. Very delicious, then came back 2 days later and I got a cold coffee with oat milk and that was also very delish. I love how they try to keep sugar out of stuff they make and they don’t trip about it if you make a special request. They did put sugar in my coffee but it was my fault cos I forgot to ask them to leave it out. Haha. This place is 5 stars and it’s will be telling all my co-workers to come here. I usually have good experiences at juiceland, however this was my first time at this location and will definitely be the last. I stood by the sign that said order here while waiting on my favor order from tacodeli. The lady behind the glass literally stood there with her side to me while she played around on register. Im standing there like are you going to take my order or at least acknowledge if your busy and need a moment. She never once acknowledged me or even attempted to take my order.
