Morrow's Flowers — Local services in West Linn

This is the most beautiful bouquet I've received in a very long time. About 12 years ago my boyfriend (Husband) stopped by Morrow's flower shop on Mcloughlin Blvd near my parent's house, and bought me my very first bouquet I've ever received (pink roses). Ever since then, he would continue to buy me flowers from there. Some of the most memorable flowers I received were, a bouquet of red roses that the owner let my Husband decorated the leaves with glitters. And the bucket full of oriental lilies (my favorite flower) for my high school graduation. Today is my birthday, and I can't believe that 12 years later, my Husband found this shop again! He gifted me a birthday bouquet, and told me how he discovered the new shop. I was so happy with teary eyes remembering all the memorable memories we had revolving around all the flowers I received from Morrow's. Very pleased with my recent experience ordering from Morrow's. I placed a last minute order for a family member's birthday, which happens to fall the day before Valentine's Day. The owner called me to let me know they were out of the arrangement I selected online but worked with me to find an amazing alternative - even personally researching which plants were cat safe! She was honest about the price difference for the replacement and put together some fantastic items from the shop to complement the arrangement. She also delivered it herself in what I later realized was pretty heavy snow! Again, this was THE DAY BEFORE VALENTINE'S DAY (I just think that's worth repeating, she must've been slammed with next-day orders). The arrangement and goodies were very well-received and looked amazing. My family has ordered holiday centerpieces from Morrow's in the past which are always stunning and generous in size/design so I knew I was in good hands, but this was truly above and beyond my expectations for customer service. Upon reflection of my most recent experience with Morrow’s for my son’s wedding, I realized I was treated with the same outstanding customer service and flowers, that I received the first time I walked through the door to make arrangements for my daughter’s wedding. Morrow’s treats everyone as if they were long standing, valued customers. The owner and staff are very attentive to a customer’s wishes and needs. The owner, Sherill Sievers, worked hard and was mindful to keep the prices down for both weddings. We were told; three separate seated guests got up and took photographs of the flower arrangements at the altar. Friends of the bride asked her if she saw the flowers in the bathrooms, because they too looked spectacular under the light. We were so pleased with Morrow’s involvement in our son’s wedding. The flowers far exceeded our expectations!
