I canceled my wedding due to Covid so I went to get a refund for over $300. I didn't have my card that I made my payment with so they had to request a check. And told me it would be 10 business day this was June 20th so I waited 10 business days minus the 4th of July. So, I should receive my check by the 6th of July. No check so I wait. maybe the mail takes longer. so now it’s the 13 of July with no check so I called them. They tell me the check wasn't cut till the 29th of June and it should be to you no later than the 20th of July. Here we are on the 21st of July and still no check. so, I call them and they tell me that it should be there but there is a 3rd party (USPS) involved so they don’t know when it will arrive. They tell me the only thing they can do is void the check and reissue a new check. LMAO my word of advice is do not pay them anything till you go pick up your rental. I will no longer due business with Men’s Wearhouse ever again.

So I still have not received my refund “my money” from them. It has been 40 business days since I went in and asked for a refund. I have had multiple phone calls emails and still nothing they say it’s in the mail but yet nothing has come. Read moreWhat should have been an exciting and memorable occasion turned into a nightmare. I came with my groomsmen for suit fittings after completing all the necessary information online and booking an appointment. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel unwelcome.
First, the salesperson had an unprofessional attitude, but the real issue began when the manager rushed out in a panic, asking if we had "15 people." We were a party of five—yet the staff member had wildly exaggerated and told the manager otherwise, creating unnecessary drama.
Despite us being the only customers in the store, the manager acted as though we were overwhelming her. She seemed annoyed that we had booked an appointment, as if it was an inconvenience. The unhelpful attitude of the other worker only worsened the experience. Rather than sizing us properly, the manager rudely told me not to come back until four weeks before the wedding—despite the fact that eight suits needed fitting. To make matters worse, they tried to upsell us without offering any real service.
The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism from this manager was shocking. I will never return to such an incompetent and dishonest establishment. It's truly disappointing that companies like this still exist in 2024.

I am giving it a poor rating because both times my husband and I went into that store to rent and pay for his tux, we received the worst customer service from the lady who works there. (Wish I caught her name, she is an older lady with dark hair and medium height - FYI to management: she worked on April 3, 2018 in the evening). She had a very rude attitude and zero customer service skills. She spoke to me as if I were a child ... I’ve been married for 15 years, and don’t appreciate being treated and spoken to as if I were a teenager getting ready for prom.
The second time we went into the store was worse than the first visit (which I didn’t think was possible, but it was). I left without making the final payment toward the upcoming tux rental and will likely cancel the order and go elsewhere.
