The store is ok, around closing time there seem to be an abundance of employees standing around chatting and telling customers that the store is closing soon, which is fine. My issue- which I have mentioned to employees several times- is that the floors are filthy, and the clothes are touching the ground and have dust bunnies hanging off of them. There are dresses and long sweaters that are hanging on racks and touching the ground, and they are dusty at the bottom. The merchandise is ruined, and I’m honestly too grossed out to even buy clothes here anymore. I can understand cheaper stores that have this issue, but Marshall’s is actually pretty mid priced for what they really offer. Read moreIt was 4:30 in the after noon. The store was quite a mess ,from accessories all over the floor to kids clothes entirely disorganized. Went to check out and no team work. Coordinator Sue was quite worried and vocal about her break in front of the customers. The other lady was leaving in 5 min so she did not care about Sue's break or taking a customer at check out. The lady at register one took me, however she was very flustered. Everyone seemed to have lost the break schedule and no one knew who was coming or going. I will be back. I always am. Read moreVery seldom have anything that I am interested in, but get lucky once in a while. Always get excuses why they can't keep certain items stalked, due to distribution centers. Maybe with better Management, just maybe there would be items of interest customers would actually purchase. First rule of thumb, get to know your customers and remember if you can't serve your customers, then maybe you need to be out of business, which means you need to hire smarter people, who actually know how to serve people....
