Be prepared to deal a LOT of traffic, people not knowing how to drive, people that just drive wherever and whenever and not obeying traffic rules and signs. The traffic patterns of this place are just absurd. It's becoming more often than not, people nowadays just do whatever they want. Where did common sense, courtesy and regard for other go? There's way more people that are beyond self-centered anymore and it's sad. There's not many who are mindful, kind and have integrity and I can't believe I have to raise a child in a world like this. I'm embarrassed for the human race and can't believe it's come to this, especially when we're coming up on the holidays. There's never any good deeds of kindness, paying it forward or just plain old politeness towards others. If you read this, please do something nice for someone today. Give a smile or wave and a small hello, if an elderly person drops something close to you, pick it up for them, hold a door for a single parent that's pushing a stroller/cart and has their hands full while keeping their child/ren safe, allow someone else to take the good parking space, buy a coffee/drink for the person behind you in line or give a couple dollars to someone that's homeless and don't pass judgement on the person even if they do go buy drugs/alcohol with that couple dollars; and don't act like you're better than them because we're only one wrong decision from needing help from someone else. This will be long, bear with me….

I leased a vehicle with damage on the back bumper. I was fully aware before signing. I got home and noticed an additional scratch. It was very small but at that point, I decided with a few different places of damage, I wanted the vehicle repaired or traded for another.

Additionally, I noticed I was charged over the advertised price.

I notified my salesman, Lamont, of my concerns. It took him a day to get back to me. I questioned if my issues would be remedied at all. I was NOT happy.

The following day, Lamont got back to me and told me his manager, Justin Kellerman, said the vehicle would be repaired and my $809 was coming back via check in the mail.

The repairs were a two step process which required me having to drop the vehicle off twice. I was given a loaner vehicle both times.

My telluride is now completely repaired as of today and my check was also in my mailbox this afternoon.

Justin even offered to reimburse me for the gas I put in their loaner vehicle!
