I would give negative 5 stars if I could. I am LIVID.

I was thrilled to have a nail salon literally on my block, so imagine my horror when this happened to me.

I went in with the photo of the girl with a spider ring and asked if she could do a gradient/ombre. The woman (Asian, I think she's the owner) replied that she could do it.

So I zone out, and I see her putting black on the tips of my nails...I think "okay, she's going to grab a sponge or a brush and create the ombre effect." NOPE. She finishes the (NOT EVEN STRAIGHT) harsh tips on my nails, puts on a topcoat and shoves me out the door.

I was also asked to pay before the painting, which I am never doing again because of this experience.

So I go home, mad at the world, and paint my nails black to salvage the entire thing. Then I go to my office job and am typing an email and the thumb nail just cracks off. After 2 days of wear.

I am going back to have it fixed by this woman, and never returning again. I want this place to burn...

I only go to have pedicures done by Carmen. She's the BEST! The owner has done my nails a few times & I have had bad experiences. Crooked nails, nails break easily after 2 or 3 days. She is overly priced also. I usually started getting my nails done by Bellahs nails in Weehawken & it's much cheaper, my nails last & haven't had any issues with my hands. Yesterday I was in a rush & since my nail tech was away on vacation, I decided to just get it done (although I didn't want to) at least my nails would be manicured. Well I will attach a picture, the Korean owner, burned my pinky with glue & then sprayed something, 24 hours later & my finger still hurts! To have pedicures is great! I’ve been a loyal customer of this nail salon for over 5 years. I made an appointment on Monday for Thursday at 12:30 for gel manicure and pedicure - arrived at 12:30 and was told I had to wait an hour even though I had an appointment. It’s my wedding day the next day - and I asked her why I made an appointment and she couldn’t take me - she said sorry it got busy. I will never be back...
