AT&T Store — Local services in West Orange

I had some technical stuff I needed done to a few of my business phones that I was unable to do myself. Alicia was very patient and listened to what I needed to be done. Despite her computer system not working, she was able to get on the phone with an AT&T agent and work together to get all of my phones configured the way I needed them to be done. All the while, several customers had come in and were waiting. She could have told me I had to leave and call AT&T myself but she took her time and took care of my issues completely before moving to the next customer. I came into the AT&T store just to pay my bill, and the store manager Alicia went above and beyond my expectations! She took the time to review my account and found additional savings and discounts I had no idea I qualified for. I was actually getting ready to switch to Spectrum because of pricing, but she was able to lower my bill even more than what Spectrum quoted me, plus she got me and my husband 2 new phones in the process! Alicia is the best store manager I’ve ever worked with! She always goes above and beyond to help me with any issue I come into the store with and keeps me updated on all the latest devices and deals. She makes sure I’m getting every discount I qualify for, which I really appreciate.
