Verizon — Local services in West Orange

The salespeople in this Verizon Retail location were very polite courteous, greeted me upon entry (even though they were diligently working to assist other customers at the time I entered the store), they worked quickly and I was seated with a professional salesperson within five minutes. I cannot recall his name at the moment but he was not only professional, but he was genuinely happy to help me with my many questions about Verizon 5g pilot program. Sadly there was no availability for me to get one of those little white boxes on the program, however he did add me to the waiting list and hopefully I hear from them soon. I went to this store yesterday to upgrade my old phone, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee named Angie. I told her I was overwhelmed by all the options, but she patiently walked me through the different models, explaining the pros and cons of each one without any pressure to buy. She even helped me compare my current plan to a few others, saving me some money in the long run. The entire process was seamless and took less than an hour. Horrible customer service. One person tells you one thing, the next time another tells you something different. Example, I was told by an employee of the store that I could have a phone shipped directly to the store from a third party. The next day, I went back to the store and another told me that it was not allowed after I had already set it up! Ashton is knowledgeable in her job, BUT she will not explain anything to you to where you can understand her.
